It aims to understand the actual operation of the spa in order to identify the current brakes.
A dedicated meeting is devoted to the in-depth analysis of the situation; the organization, existing figures and operating modes, we highlight the imbalances, areas of tension and priority levers for improvement.
At the end of this phase, a written diagnostic report is transmitted. It allows you to:

The second phase is devoted to tidying up and structuring, without weighing down the operation of the spa.
Based on the diagnosis, we work on the management priorities and the actions to be put in place.
Tailor-made tools are offered and adjusted according to the reality of the spa: monitoring tables, key indicators, decision support tools or simple operational supports.
These tools are designed to be used on a daily basis. Some are delivered ready to use, others are built or adapted over the course of exchanges in order to precisely meet the identified needs.
The tools are explained and adjusted together during the appointments.

Adjustment & Independence

The actions put in place are adjusted in real situations, taking into account the constraints of the field. Appointments make it possible to take stock of what works, identify the blockages encountered and validate the decisions to be made.
