The Founder
My journey began 16 years ago, working hands-on in the treatment room.
First as an esthetician in Paris, then in London and Edmonton. That’s where I learned the fundamentals: client relationships, the pursuit of results, the reality of day-to-day operations.
I then chose to teach.
For eight years, I trained teams for Shiseido, Sisley Paris, and Sothys. I designed custom training programs and modules, and supported hundreds of professionals along the way.
Over time, one truth became impossible to ignore: technique alone is not enough.
I met incredibly talented professionals who, despite their expertise, weren’t achieving the results they deserved.
You can master every protocol, offer exceptional products, invest in training after training… and still feel stuck, unable to build the business you truly deserve.
What’s missing is rarely talent. It’s clarity.
